WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A HEALTHY DIET?

The age to which you live need not be determined by your parent age. You can reshape your health problems, provided you know how to go about it. The length of your life, the way you feel, how you look depends to a great extent on your diet and the lifestyle choices that you make.

You can post- pone disease and ill health by making changes in the food to eat. Because you eat food at least three times a day. It has a profound effect on almost every aspect of mind and body. It affects your enzyme, your hormones, therefore, your mood, blood, body organs, bone & health in general.

DISEASE & HEREDITARY

Many aspects of your body are genetically coded. All of us are programmed to precipitate some form of disease at a particular age. Our heredity can to a certain extent influence our state of health. But not entirely! If your parents have suffered from heart disease and will also discover that you have clogged arteries it is possibly not due to heredity but due to similar dietary patterns and lifestyle!

Such people usually end up with a long list of medication and diets, which they find impossible to follow because their taste buds and habits have robbed them of health.

When you changed the foods you eat the difference that it can make to your health can be astonishing. Some problems that you may have thought were genetic may vanish. Your success at eliminating health problems greatly depends on your motivational levels. If you are motivated and willing, you can gain a new level of health and a new body. Fortunately for us the human body is very forgiving. The best time to get healthy is—NOW!
