SMELLING GOOD...!

Here are our top-nine must dos for smelling good:

  Take a head bath on every alternate day or at least once in three days.
Clean your under arms regularly (shave, wax, do what may, but keep them clean!)
Use good quality deodorant—sprays or sticks.
If possible take a bath twice in a day. By doing this you will not only keep the smell away but also feel fresh.
If you are the type to wear flowers then, be sure the flowers are fresh and give out a good fragrance. (A jasmine tucked in your bra helps all day long)
Smell can also come from wearing closed shoes on sweaty days. If possible avoid wearing such shoes or put talcum powder inside it to remove the bad odour.
Splash water on your face whenever you feel tired. Clean your hands and feet as often as you can.
If you are an office goer then make it a point to carry the deodorant spray/perfume in your hand bag.
Brush your teeth properly and also use a good mouthwash. After eating anything rinse your mouth.
