CHEESE ROLLS

Ingredients
• ½ kg minced meat
• ½ cup fresh cheese
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• ½ tsp chilly powder
• ½ tsp chilly powder
• 3/8 chopped onion
• Bread crumbs

Method
Steam-mince in pressure cooker for fifteen minutes till water is completely dried up. Then remove. Grind it with cheese making a very fine paste. Add chilly powder, salt, chopped onion, pepper and coriander powder and put the mixture on fire in a deep vessel.

Bake for five or seven minutes then remove from fire and cool. Shape mixture into small round shapes. Dip them in breadcrumbs and deep fry one by one in oil till light brown color. Serve it with tomato sauce.
 

Tangy Egg Roll

Spice up the mundane egg with this interesting recipe.

Ingredients
• 2 eggs
• Pepper powder and
• Salt to taste
• A piece of ginger
• 1 bundle each of mint leaves and coriander leaves
• 3 green chillies,
• A little tamarind.

Method
Grind all the ingredients except the eggs. Do not add water while grinding. Let it be ground into a chutney like paste. Prepare an omelette by beating the eggs with pepper, and then fry. Spread the chutney paste over the omelette and roll it well and cut into pieces.
 

CHEESE COCONUT ROLLS

Ingredients
• 100 grams grated cheese
• ½ small capsicum finely copped
• 2 tbsp thinly chopped fresh coriander
• Fresh bread slices 4 spring onion thiny chopped with leaves
•
½ cup graded coconut
• 4 to 5 green chillies thinly chopped or ½ tsp paste little salt
• Oil for frying

Method
Remove the hard edges of the bread slices. Wrap them into wet muslin cloth for 15 minutes. Roll them into an even thin layer. Mix all above ingredients for stuffing. Put the mixture on prepared bread slices as shown. Roll with hand. Seal the edges properly. Deep fry. Serve with tomato ketchup.

Option
You can bake them by applying butter.
 

PANEER PEAS ROLL

For Stuffing
• 100 grams paneer
• Ύ grated coconut
• ½ cup chopped coriander
• Ύ boiled green peas
• 2 tbsp cashew nut pieces
• Salt to taste
• ½ cup thinly chopped capsicum
• 1 ½ tsp sugar
• 1 ½ tsp ginger chilli paste
• 2 pinches citric acid 2 tbsp kismis
• Oil for frying

Covering
• 1 cup maida
• 2 tbsp cheese
• Salt to taste
• ½ cup thin rava
• 3 tbsp oil

Method
Mix all ingredients, add water and make dough, keep aside for half an hour- covered. Divide into 20 parts (approx). Roll thin puri cut into 2, put stuffing and make roll. Deep fry in oil. Remove water from paneer and coconut. Mix with all other ingredients
