Ingredients A pair palak (spinach) 1 bundle of khathi bhaji 2 onions 200 gm carrots 100 gm suran (yam) 1 potato 100 gm French bean 100 gm brinjal 100 gm bottle gourd 100 gm tomato 5-6 pieces garlic 2 tbsp moong dal (without cover) 2 tbsp gram dal 3 chillies, curry leaves 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tbsp ghee 2 tbsp garam masala Turmeric &Salt Method Chop all the vegetables into fine pieces, chop onion and garlic separately. In a vessel take ghee, add chillies, cumin seeds, and curry leaves, onion & garlic and stirs for a while. Add all the vegetables. Then add moong dal & gram dal duly washed heat for a while. Put this vessel in a cooker, add Ό glass water and cook till 2 whistles on fast gas. Keep for awhile on a slow flame. Take out the ready vegetables and serve hot. |
