The spicy, lemon & sweet tasting drink relieves indigestion & improves apetitte. The following items are required to prepare this Ginger Juice. Ingredients • Ginger - 50 gms. • Lemon - 2 • Sugar - 5 tablespoons Method • Wash the ginger in cold water and cut this into small pieces. • Grind the ginger pieces in a mixer & make a paste. • Add 3 glasses of water to the Ginger paste & mix it thoroughly to form a homogeneous solution and then filter this. Add 5 tablespoons of sugar to this filtered Ginger water. • Heat the ginger water using a stove sufficiently to dissolve the sugar (till lukewarm). Squeeze 2 lemons.
